Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Education to
lead customer education and community strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer education programs and initiatives
Build and engage vibrant customer communities through various
platforms
Manage a team of education professionals and collaborate
cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree
preferred
8+ years of experience in customer education or community
management
Strong leadership experience managing remote and global teams
Experience in instructional design and community management
Familiarity with digital media management platforms is a plus
