Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) position available at UH Elyria Medical Center, providing care to surgical, medical, and trauma patients.

  Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
    
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
    
  • Develop and maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients.
    
    
    
    Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Diploma in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required).
      
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
      
      
      
      Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
      
      • 
        
      • Knowledge of nursing process and practice.
        
      • Technical skills in care delivery, including use of various equipment.
        
        
        
        Licenses and Certifications:
        
        • 
          
        • Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi-State Compact License.
          
        • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
          
          
          
          Physical Demands:
          
          • 
            
          • Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
            
          • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
            
            
            
            Travel Requirements:
            
            • 
              
            • 10% travel required.
