work will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist Technology leadership (including CIO and IT Director
team) with various administrative duties including o Scheduling
meetings, coordinating travel, arranging/reserving conference
rooms, coordinating food, etc. o Prepare various Plante Moran forms
(RTHs, check request, workflows, etc.) o Attend team meetings and
prepare meeting minutes o Draft, edit and format technical
documentation, correspondence, presentations and emails o
Proofreading of correspondence prepared by self or others o
Requisition of supplies and other team purchases
- Perform a variety of complex administrative projects;
responsible for frequent communications with all levels in the
organization
- Responsible for overseeing & monitoring various
processes/projects, which may include: o Maintenance of the Firm
Technology intranet site and Internal Tech Service Team home page;
creation of material/text and update of information o Creation of
Department-wide documentation such as org charts and informational
presentations
- Assists management and staff in problem solving, project
planning and development and execution of stated goals and
objectives
- Serves as a liaison with other teams within the Department in
the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational
problems
- Create administrative tools for projects, assign tasks, and
analyze and track activity
- Coordinate New Hire Meet and Greets and on-boarding
- Coordinate and plan department team-building events
- Other duties as assigned The qualifications.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Higher level education/college coursework highly preferred
- 1-2 years administrative experience, preferably in a
professional services environment
- MS Office experience required (MOS certified a plus)
- Strong professional organizational and project coordination
skills required.
- Professional demeanor with superior written and oral
communication skills
- Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office
applications (particularly Power Point, Word, Excel, and
Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task, assess priorities and coordinate work
activities with changing demands, competently handle a variety of
activities with a high-degree of accuracy in a fast-paced,
deadline- driven environment
- Able to work independently, with a high degree of initiative,
poise and confidentiality
- Strong ability to proofread and edit written material for
sense, order and the correct use of grammar and punctuation
- Superior attention to detail and conscientious quality of work
product
- Willingness to work in our Southfield HQ office and be present
with leadership and teams to collaborate and support in person when

Salary Class
Hourly
Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information
Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience
and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work
Act.
Compensation information posted is based on a position being
located in the state of CO. Please review position location for
applicable geographic location.
Colorado hourly rate range is as follows:
$27.41 to $40.00
We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package.
Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these
benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week.
Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life
insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of
the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible
staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and
various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k)
plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense,
lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension
plan is also available for eligible administrative and
paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for
eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors
the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff
medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of
employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal
staff are not eligible for benefits.
