we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project
Manager specializing in multi-family construction to join our
team.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and
budgets.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of multi-family construction
projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and
safety regulations.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including
subcontractors and vendors.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team
members.
- Conduct regular site meetings to address issues, provide
updates, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Budget and Cost Control:
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring
cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without
compromising quality.
- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of construction quality and
safety.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project
specifications and industry standards.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
architects, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or
issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil
Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a
focus on multi-family construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and
safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. What's on
