About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Primark - US. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring that they leave our store feeling satisfied and valued.Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.What We Offer
